Barrhaven – steady real estate market

For the forth time now we are scrutinizing the real estate market in a section of Barrhaven, sough of Ottawa. Slight increase of listings is to be accepted, but the result does not indicate an oversupply of homes to the market. Plus-minus a few percentage points relative to the previous month do not justify any significant conclusion. The expectations for June and July are to have even more listings.
