With his/her knowledge and marketing power the real estate agent can be instrumental in your search for the right property. Use their service – it’s a great “free” benefit to all buyers. “Free”, because someone else picks up the bill – the seller. And I know, if you are the buyer, you don’t care how much it cost, but more experienced sellers try to drive a hard bargain when dealing with a real estate agent. Is that service negotiable? How many are willing to negotiate?
